After the hunt

So, I've been home for a few hours and I must say, I am truly satisfied with this thrift store. Great deals, nice clothes and did I say great deals already? Check the receipt:

Now to commence with the spoils part of the post. If you count, there are fourteen items on this receipt. Out of the fourteen one was a bust and one was a maybe, so lets just say there were twelve finds. Of those twelve, I will show you my favorites(can't let you see the whole stash, have to keep the closet somewhat under wraps).

1. Pin-stripe pants - Perfect for Spring/Summer nights

2. Vintage Lacoste/Izod v-neck sweater - The one you use to wear when you were a kid

3. Vintage Madras Blazer - For those debonair days.

4. Cigar room vest - Classic look, brass buttons.

Although I'm not keen on looking through other peoples clothes to see if there are things I may like, this thrift store thing is something I can't ignore. I am so hyped by the thrill of the chase and the feeling I get when I see that one of a kind item that has been around for years and has a story to tell. I feel priviledged to continue that story and be initiated into the thrift store club. This is to be the beginning of a beautiful relationship. Stay tuned ...
