Back when I was in high school, all the white kids use to wear A&F. I never got into the brand and stuck with more urban apparel like Ecko and Mecca. I will admit I dabbled a little into the prep world with some sandals and a belt from American Eagle my senior year; a pair of structure jeans and some shirts. But, I never understood the mysticism surrounding the Abercrombie and Fitch label. A few months ago, that changed. I ventured into the strongly-cologned air of the A&F at Citrus Park Mall and was immediately greeted by a classic blue twill print. I moved through the store and found a few musts. Overall, it was a great experience and now they are on the "monthly" rotation list. So now that I have conquered that wall, I guess I can get down with the pretty-boy models they show in all their ads who have a habit of wearing their clothes as an accessory.
